I was expecting the loyalty program to feel a bit more rewarding, but the points expired way faster than I thought they would. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really seem interested in helping. Disappointing overall.

I ordered from mumbaidutyfree.net expecting a genuine product because that’s pretty much what they promise, but what I received didn’t really match up. The packaging looked a little off to me, and the smell and quality were not like the same product I’ve bought before. Maybe I just got unlucky with my order, but it didn’t give me much confidence. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.
"Customs allowance info was really, really confusing"
I couldn’t figure out what I was actually allowed to take through customs. The info wasn’t clear at all, and I kept second-guessing myself like, can I bring this or not, not really sure

"Payment was smooth, but I still felt a bit uneasy after"
I tried Mumbai Duty Free last week for the first time the payment went through without any problem. My card got charged right away and I received the order confirmation email quickly too. That said, after paying I did have that slightly suspicious feeling, like I kept checking my mail and bank app just to make sure everything was actually okay. Thankfully there was no double charge or failed transaction mess. Overall it was fine, but the site was a little slow for me, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Billing was fine, honestly better than I expected"
I used Mumbai Duty Free once before my flight and, to be fair, the billing was correct. The amount charged matched what I saw at checkout, and I didn’t notice any random extra charges later, which I was kind of expecting to double-check. The payment receipt came through properly too. The only drawback was that the page took a little while to load, so I’d say 4 stars feels about right.

I’ve found a few decent deals here and there, but a lot of the prices still feel a bit high. Maybe I was just mentally drained while shopping, but I kept having to double-check if things were actually worth it.

Some of the discounts are actually nice, but a lot of the promos feel a bit limited, like... they look better at first than they really are. It can be good sometimes, just maybe check the prices before buying anything.

I was hoping to get some basic info about the products, but the staff didn’t really seem to know much. It made the whole visit more frustrating than it needed to be, and it felt avoidable with a little better training.

I placed an order on mumbaidutyfree.net and got the confirmation email quickly, so that part seemed fine. The website was fairly easy to use and the payment went through without any issues, though I’m still a bit confused about what I’m supposed to do after that.
I’m giving 3 stars for now because I’ve only received the order confirmation and haven’t had the actual pickup or delivery experience yet. It would be helpful if the confirmation email had clearer details about the next steps, because right now I’m just waiting and not totally sure what to expect.

I was trying to look for a perfume on mumbaidutyfree.net, but the search results kept throwing up random stuff that didn’t really match. The filters were also a pain because they wouldn’t stay properly when I moved to another page, so I kept having to set them again. The site does work, but shopping on it felt way more tiring than it needed to be

"Pre-order helped, but the process needs work"
I used Mumbai Duty Free to pre-order before my flight, it did save me some time at the airport, so that part was great. But wow, the website felt slower than it should, and the pickup instructions were not exactly obvious at first. Like, why make people guess where to go when they’re already rushing for a flight? Overall, it was okay and I’d probably use it again, but it definitely needs to be smoother.

"Am I the only one who expected better prices?"
Am I the only one who thought duty free was supposed to actually save you money? The prices weren’t much better than regular shops, and a few things even felt overpriced. I was expecting some kind of decent deal, but the value just wasn’t there for me. The website was a bit clunky too, which didn’t help. For what I ended up paying, it really didn’t feel worth it, and I probably wouldn’t bother again

The pickup ended up working out, but it definitely wasn’t on time. I had to just stand there waiting with no real update, and it made me feel kind of trapped, like I couldn’t leave or do anything else until they finally showed up

I don’t know, the site just feels a bit all over the place. I went in looking for one thing, clicked around for a while, then ended up somewhere totally different. The navigation isn’t terrible, but it’s messy enough that I kept having to backtrack. Just not as easy as I expected

I don’t get why there are so few ways to pay. It makes the whole process more frustrating than it needs to be. I also got different answers depending on who I asked, which made it even more annoying because nobody seemed to be on the same page...

"Helpful staff, but the wait tested my patience"
The staff were really nice and did help me find what I was looking for, which I definitely appreciated. I’ll admit I’m the kind of person who likes to get in and out quickly, so waiting around for answers got a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish things had moved a bit faster

I tried ordering from Mumbai Duty Free, but the checkout process was a mess. The payment page took forever to load, and after I entered my details, it just threw an error with no clear explanation. I gave it another shot, but then the cart started glitching and acting weird. Compared to other duty-free sites I’ve used, where checkout is usually smooth and straightforward, this felt really clunky. I ended up wasting time and just gave up. Not a great experience.
